The production crew uses meat processing equipment to trim, grind, mix and stuff fresh sausage into bulk sausage chubs, breakfast links and patties. The production crew also prepares several types of smoked sausage. The successful applicant is clean, attentive to detail, cares about the quality of his or her work, and can lift 60 pounds. Experience not required.Work shift is Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm; overtime available. Starts at $19.50/hour and increases to $20.00 after 90 days. This is a full- time position, 6 paid holidays per year, paid vacation after one year.
