Job Position Details
Full Time Regular 40+ hours weeklyKalispell, MontanaRole:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing outdoor spaces that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape architecture principles, environmental sustainability, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the design process.
Develop comprehensive landscape designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental conditions and constraints.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare construction documents and specifications for landscape projects.
Implement sustainable design practices that promote environmental stewardship.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while nurturing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Coordinate with contractors during the implementation phase to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to marketing efforts to expand our client base.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, varied market experience is a plus.
An accredited professional degree in Landscape Architecture.
Landscape Architecture License.
Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
Experience with hardscape design elements including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Familiarity with irrigation systems and their integration into landscape designs.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D.
Program experience in Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam & beneficial.
