Administrative Assistant - $18.

What's in it for you?

Mon- Thurs 6am-4:pm

What will you be doing?

Answer phones, routing calls to the right person

Warmly welcome customers, vendors, and employment candidates

Data Entry

Receive shipments, deliveries

Receive and prepare paperwork and packages for drivers

Assist with month-end and annual reporting

Prepare periodic reports and support reconciliation process

Filing

Provide accurate information to customers, vendors, and coworkers.

Perform other duties as assigned

What do you bring?
