Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong knowledge in Healthcare Design. The ideal candidate must have Revit experience and will be coordinating with other Engineers on the team. This role focuses primarily on the production side of projects, with a gradual progression towards client interfacing. Additionally, the individual will mentor newer team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously, making time management and organization critical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the consistency, high quality, and accuracy of all engineering design and production.

• Assemble, coordinate, and monitor engineering project schedules.

• Work with Engineers to ensure the scope of work has been properly defined and fulfilled.

• Review drawings and specifications during all phases of design.

• Assist in preparing proposals for the scope of work and budgets.

• Meet project goals and objectives.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 10+ years of experience within Electrical Engineering.

• Proficiency in Revit.

• Knowledge of Healthcare projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• License or pursuing licensure.

Work Environment

The building is 3 floors, with Business Administration on the main floor, architects on the second floor, and Engineers on the third floor. The workspace features cubicles within an open space to facilitate easy collaboration. The schedule offers flexibility: Monday in office, Tuesday remote, Wednesday in office, Thursday in office for the first half of the day and remote for the second half, and a half-day on Friday if 40 hours are completed.
