Insight Global Epic Optime Analyst in Jupiter, Florida

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Epic OpTime Analyst for a not-for-profit hospital in Jupiter, FL. The Analyst will be responsible for configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software. This role consults with members to provide solutions that offer accurate, secure, and efficient patient care and provider workflows, medical and billing information for patient's providers and clinics, with a focus on quality outcomes for our member organizations. This requires a strong understanding of integration points within the OR, including scheduling, lab, radiology, billing, and inpatient. Perform complex build and configuration within Inpatient Applications for interfaced products as well as anything related to Orderable/Performable test or procedure. They will participate in planning, implementation and go-live activities for the assigned application which will include being on-site with the customer, gathering specifications, discovery questions, capturing process gaps, demonstrating Epic foundation build and workflow design and tracking risk/issues and requests. They will actively monitors assigned support tickets, documents activities thoroughly, and resolves issues within the established service levels in a consistent manner. They will participate in system testing events by executing scripts.

Skills and Requirements

-EPIC Optime Certification

-2+ years of Experience as an Optime Analyst

-Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

-Strong experience with Anesthesiologists for scheduling workflows, resource management, and workflows that involve anesthesia staff including other departments -Certification in Epic OpTime OR, Anesthesia, Sedation and Perfusion Application

-Prior experience with the Epic OR and Anesthesia systems

-Surgical Tech, RN or clinician background null
