Robert Half Business Analyst III in Juno Beach, Florida

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Business Analyst at our workplace in Juno Beach, Florida. The successful candidate will conduct operational analyses that support informed decision making within the business unit under the direction of a Sr. Business Analyst or immediate supervisor. This role involves working on medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic to moderately complex operational analyses to support informed decision making

• Work on medium to large special projects as required

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform business strategies

• Design and modify processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Develop reports to communicate key insights and findings

• Assist in execution of business processes

• Support the annual budgeting process, monthly re-forecasts, and month-end close for the site

• Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with regulations

• Identify and mitigate control weaknesses

• Extract, organize, analyze, and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions

• Develop broad technical and communication skills through self-study and internal and external training opportunities Requirements • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar

• Proficiency in sales strategies and tactics

• Experience with various reporting tools and methodologies

• Ability to provide effective training and onboarding for team members

• Deep understanding of business operations and planning strategies

• Familiarity with standard business procedures and compliance regulations

• Demonstrated leadership skills in past roles

• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial analysis as required

• Knowledge and understanding of productivity improvement strategies

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in staffing and capital management processes

• Ability to work with suppliers and negotiate contracts

• Experience in financial analysis and annual budget preparation

• Familiarity with internal control systems and variance analysis

• Proven ability to lead special projects and execute strategic plans.
