Job Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Proposals, the Sr. Manager of Proposals will support the Health Insight & Data Solutions (HIDS) team by overseeing response development and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role also will serve as an individual contributor to response development for RFPs for the Enterprise team as assigned when not active on HIDS RFPs. This role is also responsible for maintaining the Loopio library of historical responses for HIDS RFPs and driving optimization in approach and response to secure wins.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end RFP response process for the HIDS team, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

  • Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for RFP responses.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal, to gather necessary information for RFP responses.

  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders throughout the RFP process.

  • Ensure all RFP responses are tailored to meet client-specific requirements and highlight Sharecare’s unique value propositions.

  • Maintain and update the Loopio library of historical responses, ensuring easy access to accurate and relevant content.

  • Conduct regular reviews of RFP responses to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

  • Assist in the development of proposal content, including writing, editing, and formatting.

  • Facilitate internal review and approval processes for RFP responses, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications.

  • Engage with the HIDS team to understand their needs and ensure alignment of RFP responses with business goals and strategies.

  • Track and report on the status of RFPs, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing RFP win/loss data and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience writing RFP proposals strongly preferred

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in RFP management or a similar role.

  • Proven experience in coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of the RFP process and best practices.

  • Proficiency with RFP management tools, preferably Loopio, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Loopio, and project management software (i.e. Smartsheet).

Education:

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant coursework in project management, business analysis, or related fields.

  • Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Health Information Management, Health Benefits, Wellness, Digital Media, or related fields
