Repair hardware for field locations, including satellite offices and rigs. Restores non-functioning communications systems, ensures that hand-held radios and lap tops are functioning, and perform upgrades on field and office equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years' experience in trouble shooting IT/IS issues with a strong technical background. Excellent customer service skills and ability to identify and solve end user problems. High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred. Position will include 50%+ required travel to field locations. Must have good driving record.
