Hunter & Hunter Transport Construction Superintendent in Jonesburg, Missouri
- Work with General Contractors and Sub-Contractors to manage project coordination.
- Attend construction meetings and submits weekly reports to Project Managers.
- Perform field dimensioning when needed.
- Maintain daily contact with FED Project Team and provides updates on assigned projects
- Maintain positive business relationships with customers and escalates installation issues appropriately.
- Supervise hood, walk-in and main equipment installations.
- Instruct and monitor trades on-site to ensure proper connection of mechanical requirements.
- Responsibility for walk-throughs, punch-list resolution, and closeout procedures.
- Responsible for being on-site during turnover to Operations for coordination of transition issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project files.
- Assist in all other FED sales related activities as needed.
- Monitors Safety Program and serve as a Safety Coordinator for FED.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, AND Abilities
Required:High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of threeyears of applicable Construction Site Management. Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, design layouts andother construction documents. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication, and time management skills.
