About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented part-time Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors. You will be expected to perform a variety of janitorial duties, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10\'s and 100\'s
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
