JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience preferred. Current Arkansas driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and consistent and reliable usage of a motor vehicle.
Experience
Knowledge of customer service and marketing principles/practice. Extensive knowledge of community resources available to seniors & their families. Ability to effectively represent the program to participants, families, outside agencies, community groups, professionals and the general public. Excellent verbal/written communication and public speaking skills. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and establish effective relationships with community members, referral sources and co-workers. Ability to maintain accurate records and to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials. Current Arkansas driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and consistent and reliable usage of a motor vehicle.
Physical

Normal hospital environment. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing and reaching. Lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs. Uses computer, typewriter, fax machine and telephone.
JOB SUMMARY
Explain program benefits and assess referrals for appropriateness for PACE services. Help complete application on referrals interested in pursuing PACE. Complete enrollment agreement with newly approved applicants. Performs marketing and educational presentations along with performing intake processing and training.
