Description

Our company is seeking a Business Applications Specialist with a solid background in EHR Financial applications, Meditech, eCW, or Epic. Successful candidates will also exhibit strong collaboration skills, ideally with a history of effective cross-departmental interaction with technology teams, other business units, and revenue cycle groups.

Responsibilities:

• Manage EHR Financial applications, ensuring all are operating effectively and efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with IT and business units to optimize Meditech, eCW, or Epic systems for the organization’s needs.

• Analyze and interpret complex data related to business processes and relay this information to stakeholders.

• Assist with system upgrades, including testing and data validation.

• Train and support users, helping to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

• Collaborate with revenue cycle groups on various projects and initiatives.

• Maintain documentation on application configurations and workflows.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Healthcare or related field.

• Previous experience with EHR Financial applications.

• Proficiency with Meditech, eCW, or Epic systems.

• Experience working with technology teams, other business units, and revenue cycle groups.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
