Essential Functions and Primary Duties Under direct supervision, provides support to internal teams and agencies Conduct billing audits to ensure clients are being billed timely and accurately based on services Conduct client audits to review data for deficiencies or errors Input data into software within required deadlines accurately Record necessary changes/updates as appropriate Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy Assist team with customer service needs according to commitments and standards set forth by the department Work to understand new department processes, procedures and/or programs Effectively operate all department equipment Assist internal and external clients with requests and problems in a timely manner Additional responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Billing or Finance Experience Analytical skills are necessary for interpreting billing data, identifying trends, and generating reports Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise. Proficient use of applicable technology. Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally. #LI-TW1 #LI-Hybrid
