Hours and Benefits for the Strategic Partnership Manager:
Compensation: $68,000 - $75,000 / year

Responsibilities for the Strategic Partnership Manager:
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients.
Oversee RFQs, RFIs, and contract negotiations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Align client needs with innovative metal fabrication solutions.
Drive revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the power generation sector.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements for the Strategic Partnership Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or strategic partnerships.
Proven success in building and managing high-value corporate client relationships.
Experience working with RFQs and RFIs in a technical sales environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Industry experience in manufacturing, energy, or custom metal fabrication is a plus.
