• Compensation: $68,000 - $75,000 / year

Responsibilities for the Strategic Partnership Manager:

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients.

• Oversee RFQs, RFIs, and contract negotiations to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Align client needs with innovative metal fabrication solutions.

• Drive revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the power generation sector.

• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements for the Strategic Partnership Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or strategic partnerships.

• Proven success in building and managing high-value corporate client relationships.

• Experience working with RFQs and RFIs in a technical sales environment.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Industry experience in manufacturing, energy, or custom metal fabrication is a plus.
