ManpowerGroup Technical Sales Support Representative - HVAC in Johnson City, Tennessee

We are searching for an associate ready to step into a Technical Sales Support Representative role and become an integral part of the sales team quoting HVAC products.

This associate will report directly to the branch manager. This job requires you to be in the office Monday-Friday, 7am - 4:30pm and a rotating Saturday shift every 7 weeks from 8am - 12pm.

Onsite Position Location

Johnson City, TN

Responsibilities:

  • Support the outside sales team.

  • Manage relationships with Internal and External customers.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while providing technical assistance and guidance.

  • Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.

  • Be a team player and work with our outside sales team to support quotations.

  • Form solid relationships to establish trust within district.

  • Willingness to learn and train continually with products.

  • Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of HVAC sales or HVAC field experience is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.

  • A high level of integrity when problem solving.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.

  • Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
