Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.

• Program, edit, and adjust CNC machine controls to ensure high-quality output.

• Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they function efficiently.

• Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or inconsistencies.

• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
