- Provide guidance and support to team members to drive successful project delivery.
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions with IT and application teams to ensure progress and address roadblocks.
- Develop and manage project activities, including scope definition, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience with ServiceNow to streamline project management processes and workflows.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint is a plus for improving team collaboration and document management.
