Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or another relevant quantitative field preferred.
• Track record of previous experience with creating and developing BI dashboards, excel reports, working with and developing data models.
• Power BI and SQL, Microsoft Excel experience are a prerequisite.
• Direct experience communicating with stakeholders, delivering projects end-to-end, and workingcollaboratively to drive improvement in the overall analytical support of operations worldwide.
• Must be comfortable working in group and individual settings.
• Consistently prioritizes worldwide security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

(PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

• Successful candidates will also have familiarity and/or experience with some or all the following: SAS, R, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire or other database interface tools and languages.
• Experience working with REST APIs, Postman will be beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or another relevant quantitative field.
• Previous experience in reporting and analytics roles.
• Previous experience in a Program Management or Program Delivery Organization.
• Previous experience and understanding of Agile Delivery Frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Create accountability tools such as scorecards and performance reviews that focus on KPIs that monitor and drive delivery.
• Create insightful executive-level and frontline dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models, and project development.
• Develop and improve automated reports and analyses to support senior divisional leaders and business units.
• Understand drivers of the KPIs through various analyses and work closely with the business team to create solutions.
• Present findings to business leadership.
• Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
• Have a team first attitude with the success of our team and business partners as their top priority.
• Be intellectually curious, ask questions and speak up when they have an idea.
• Escalate issues to their manager, teammates, or stakeholders.
