Thames Valley Council for Community Action Director, Budget & Accounting in Jewett City, Connecticut

JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analyzing, planning and documenting both bookkeeping and costing processes ; financial analysis and reporting, as well as providing financial guidance and direction to program directors and other special projects as assigned.

Required Skills

Q ualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field plus five years-related work experience; or any equivalent combination of education and work experience. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, have strong computer skills; strong accounting knowledge and accounting experience and reporting.
