We are seeking outstanding candidates to join our team for summer internships which provide exceptional opportunities for hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting. You will get real-world, meaningful experience on a variety of projects to expand your knowledge and stretch your capabilities.

Depending on the course of study and the area to which you are assigned, RYAM interns will have the ability to focus on reliability and/or process optimization, quality and improvement, cost reduction and environmental performance, all while learning the manufacturing process and building technical, analytical and management skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in college

• Majoring in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Have a 3.0 GPA or better

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Previous internship experience is preferred, but not required.
