Warehouse Order Picker - 2nd Shift

Job Description

This role involves supporting our warehouse by helping to fill customer orders. The position requires operating a stand-up forklift, picking an average of 17 lines per hour. The role includes tasks such as picking materials, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and ensuring orders are prepared for delivery. You will also assist with the upgrade to SAP inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders using RF scanners

• Writing up tickets for customers

• Entering inventory into SAP

• Loading and unloading trucks

Essential Skills

• 1+ years experience with SAP inventory software or similar inventory software

• 1+ years experience in a warehouse or shipping & receiving area

• Experience interacting with clients/customers

• Stand-up forklift experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with other inventory software

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to handle customer disputes

Work Environment

This job is located in a warehouse environment with forklifts and loading docks. Employees will need to interact with customers and handle any disputes. The shift is from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM . No certifications, DOT, medical licenses, or PPE are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JESSUP, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
