A prominent manufacturing company in the greater Baltimore area is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for their plant. The QA Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering all functions of the quality department. This role requires ISO 9001 experience, and experience working in automotive. Experience in a supervisory role is a plus. The role is salaried in the $120K+ range and is bonus eligible!

responsibilities:

• Coordinate and report on all aspects of the plant Quality Systems in support of company goals, policies, and procedures.

• Produce Quality metrics and Key Process Indicators (KPI's) for facilities.

• Manage quality team to include performance management, development and discipline.

• Lead both internal and external audits - work closely with both auditors and customers.

• Assure that only products that have been approved in all stages are sent to the customer.

• Reply with preventive and corrective actions to customer complaints.
