Shift Hours (6:00PM - 6:00AM) Work Schedule (Rotating schedule (commonly referred to as a 2-2-3-2 schedule)

Job Summary:

Performs all maintenance related duties on process and ancillary equipment within the Molding and HVP process areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete preventative maintenance , line clears, and, die changes on all trim presses

  • Perform simple Machinist Duties as needed

  • Provide emergency /unscheduled repairs to equipment as needed based on priorities provided

  • Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs and installation

  • Complete repairs of process and support equipment

  • Provide guidance to team members

  • PLC and computer skills

  • Housekeeping duties as necessary and applicable

  • Assist with designing and installing systems

  • Assist with writing and revising maintenance procedures and produce drawings and wiring diagrams

  • Read and interpret manuals and workorders to perform required maintenance and service to diagnose problems, repair or replace parts

  • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes as required

  • Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

  • Perform other duties as required

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school of equivalent; Prefer associates degree in electronical/mechanical field or 5 or more years’ experience with electronical/mechanical equipment in an industrial setting

  • Machine shop experience a plus

  • Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of cGMPs

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

  • Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

  • Welding experience preferred

  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times

  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.

Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to learn, understand, and remember normal tasks.

  • Ability to see and read letters, numbers, characters, or symbols and identify colors.

  • Must maintain the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations.

  • Must be able to multi-task, work under time constraints, problem solve, and prioritize.

  • Ability to make independent and sound judgments.

  • Use written and oral communication skills

  • Read and interpret data, information and documents

  • Analyze and solve problems

  • Observe and interpret situations

  • Learn and apply new information or new skills

  • Work under deadlines with constant interruptions
