Job Summary:

Performs all maintenance related duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Housekeeping of stock room area

  2. Update Supervisors and Managers of inventory and lead time issues

  3. Implement and maintain standard for parts storage

  4. Cycle count stock room parts for accurate count

  5. Work with Schedulers to pull parts for upcoming PMs

  6. Primary contact for off site Regional spare parts

  7. Maintain accurate count and inventory levels for Regional spare parts according to recommendations of global SMEs

  8. Stay up to date on procedure changes, training tasks and CGMP

  9. Safety consciousness focus working on daily tasks,

  10. Work with MP2 parts management system to assist others in finding spare parts

  11. Research spare parts and replacement parts for functionality on current equipment

  12. Provide documentation to stock and purchase spare parts as needed

  13. Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

  14. Perform other duties as required

Education and Experience:

  • High school or equivalent; Prefer associate degree in electronics/mechanical

  • 2 plus Years of experience with inventory control

  • 4 or more years’ experience with electronics and mechanical equipment in an industrial setting a plus

  • Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of CGMPs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to learn, understand, and remember normal tasks.

  • Ability to see and read letters, numbers, characters, or symbols and identify colors.

  • Must maintain the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations.

  • Must be able to multi-task, work under time constraints, problem solve, and prioritize.

  • Ability to make independent and sound judgments.

  • Use written and oral communication skills

  • Read and interpret data, information and documents

  • Analyze and solve problems

  • Observe and interpret situations

  • Learn and apply new information or new skills

  • Work under deadlines with constant interruptions

  • Able to be aware of relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times

  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.

Physical and Travel Requirements

  • 5%: Up to 13 business days per year
