Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join their team. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will be part of the architecture team supporting Global Markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and inspire others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Enterprise Architect

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

What's the Job?

  • Create and maintain domain architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps to meet strategic business objectives.

  • Participate in architecture consulting to enable design decisions and lead design sessions.

  • Act as a control function to ensure adherence to architectural principles and enterprise standards.

  • Identify risks and resolve issues while influencing positive outcomes.

  • Support the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate designs.

What's Needed?

  • BSc-level degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the industry.

  • Experience with enterprise-level technology strategy in an architecture organization.

  • Strong knowledge of the finance/capital markets domain, particularly in trading or post-trade.

  • Proven experience in application development and modern deployment methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
