Insurance Services Office, Inc. seeks a Product Manager in Jersey City, NJ.Duties:•Understand customer journeys, user personas, and jobs-to-be-done, and create tests to validate or disprove hypotheses. •Contribute to the creation of wireframes, conceptual prototypes and/or mock-ups, and facilitate user testing of changes to assess potential value. •Lead cross-functional teams and/or efforts to create new or enhance existing digital experiences that solve customer problems, improve an experience, or address an unmet or imperfectly/partially met customer need. •Drive product development across software development and go-to-market cycles, including creating user stories and acceptance criteria. •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts in support of these efforts. Maintain solutions as assigned. •Employ suitable frameworks and methodologies to identify opportunities for process learnings and operational improvements; contribute to the implementation of these efforts. Assess potential implications of changes on business rules, functions, and requirements. •Conduct or coordinate market, competitive and customer research to identify and document customer needs for assigned ISOnet products, services, or segments. •Determine near term strategy and roadmap for the same. •Contribute specific understanding of assigned scope to the overall ISOnet product roadmap. •Lead in the adoption and practice of Agile methodology and principles. Telecommuting permitted.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, plus 6 years of related experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, plus 2 years of related experience. The position also requires 2 years of experience with the following: 1. Conducting customer and market research and reviewing and acting on analytics to ensure assigned products, services, and/or systems meet or exceed established KPIs and develop new products and enhancements that deliver additional customer value. 2. Driving aspects of go-to-market efforts and leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. 3. Data-driven decision-making, quantitative and qualitative research techniques, and contemporary products, user experience, and technology best practices and tools. 4.
