JPMorgan Chase Lead Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Platforms in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Infrastructure Platforms Team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the running of an efficient, decision-oriented governance structure and operating model

  • Develop key leadership forums, including agenda pipeline, content coordination, speaker preparation, and managing follow-ups/actions

  • Coordinate and consolidate information and data flow across leadership and business enablement groups

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives to drive enterprise change and operating model enhancements

  • Prepare executive presentations, management reports and other collateral to support business decisions

  • Execute analysis, understand and report key business metrics, and synthesize information into actionable insights to help solve complex problems

  • Identify, document and communicate key project risks and process gaps to appropriate stakeholders

Complete ad hoc projects in new domains, as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a large, fast paced environment, ideally in financial services or technology, and in a chief of staff, business management, strategy and/or management consulting role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with senior management

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive "self-starter\", with a strong desire to learn new skills and domains

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel a must

  • Strong critical thinking, analytic, and problem solving skills

  • Strong project planning and management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and partnerships

  • Experience in cross-functional teams and ability to influence people at a variety of levels

  • Experience with business process improvement

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of infrastructure/ cloud technology and software development a plus

  • Strong ability to take on increasing management responsibility and project ownership
