Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Frontend Developer w /React JS to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build innovative, applications that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. • Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

• Lead the development and implementation of scalable applications using Node.js and React ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that enhance our electronic payment solutions.
• Utilize Azure cloud services to deploy and manage applications focusing on security scalability and high availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives adopting best practices in code quality testing and maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems providing timely and accurate responses to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to electronic payments.
• Mentor junior developers sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends applying them to improve existing processes and products.
• Oversee the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Facilitate effective communication channels between the development team and other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer with expertise in Node.js React and Azure.
• Strong understanding of electronic payment systems and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects prioritize tasks and lead teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 - $127,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
