As a Vice President Service Practice Manager within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will have the opportunity to identify and review potential service practice issues. You will provide support of Global Supervisory Management for better governance and organizational excellence, and to promote strategic partnerships within the Supervision organization.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional with project management skills to support and coordinate multiple internal oversight processes. This position will operate as a business oversight function for the following areas within Supervision; Systems Access Management, Administration of Supervision Connect entitlements, User Access Certifications and Records Management. Back-up to business resiliency support and Controls testing. This role requires flexibility and comfort with ambiguity given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies involved.

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for Systems Access Management - onboarding/off boarding, monitor and track requests to completion.

  • Provide day to day assistance with end-user system/application access requests and inquiries.

  • Business Group Owner for the administration of access entitlements and technology project enhancements in the Supervision Connect/Weave Tool.

  • Support projects to facilitate business initiatives and the development of goals and execution of strategies within a function or department.

  • Review and perform monthly/quarterly user access and entitlement certifications.

  • Lead Records Management oversight of shared drives and share point sites for Global Supervisory Management.

  • Serve as back up for Business Resiliency and periodic support for audit and testing requests.

  • Handle complex reporting, analysis, identifying risks and opportunities with solution recommendations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Recognize opportunities for addressing issues, risks and exposures. Engage line of business senior leadership to action identified issues.

  • Work with Control Partners to ensure Control Language is consistent with Supervision desktop procedures

  • Work with Supervision procedures team members to ensure current process are aligned with Supervision desktop procedures.

  • Interface with various LOB leadership teams.

  • Ability to build relationships across business functions to obtain necessary information to coordinate appropriate oversight of Supervision / the business

  • Use computer resources and software applications for data and information analysis pursuant to department procedures

  • Project management experience preferred; organized, collect information, summarize information and present to management.

  • Experience managing multiple initiatives / management requests

  • Ability to provide clear, concise and timely resolution to issues / requests

  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including an ability to communicate with all levels of management.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Possess excellent time management skills.

  • Proven judgment and problem-resolution skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree is required. Major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
