Description We are on the search for an ERP Integration Manager in the gambling industry, located in Jersey City, New Jersey. As an ERP Integration Manager, you will be tasked with managing and ensuring the smooth integration of our ERP systems, as well as working closely with various teams to optimize our business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of Workday HCM, with a focus on Talent and Advanced Compensation modules.

• Utilize strong IT skills throughout various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate complex ideas clearly.

• Leverage your knowledge of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Cloud Technologies, and CRM to enhance business processes.

• Apply your experience with Epicor and Epicor ERP to improve system efficiency.

• Utilize AB Testing methods to optimize system performance.

• Implement Business Intelligence (BI) strategies to support decision-making processes.

• Develop and maintain Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Documents.

• Manage and facilitate change within the organization through effective Change Management strategies. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)

• Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies is essential

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a requirement

• Familiarity with Epicor software is a necessity

• Expertise in Epicor ERP is crucial

• Must have experience in AB Testing

• Business Intelligence (BI) skills are needed

• Understanding of Business Process Functions is important

• Ability to draft Business Requirement Documents is required
