We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Associate in the Gambling Industries, located in Jersey City, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional support and assistance to our clients via multiple communication channels. This role is vital in maintaining the high standard of customer service our company is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through email, telephone, and online chat.

• Efficiently process and handle client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.

• Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and queries.

MUST reside in tri-state area and have open availability 12pm-3am all 7 days a week.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center is preferred

• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions

• Excellent client relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others
