"Job#: 2031225 Job Description: Apex Systems is looking for a Change Manager to work remotely in the central time zone. Please apply if interested in this opportunity! Team responsible for leading continuous improvement, production support, communication of enhancements, awareness around system upgrades/features, and management of knowledge base/resource library.Role Summary:Responsible for tactical change management activities vs high-level strategy. Rolling out different IVR modules and to different groups in a waved approach. Creating and monitoring readiness checklists. Looking through module, determining change impacts, formulating plan for internal and/or external communication, frequency, mode, etc. Primary communication through company-wide emails, but will likely plan/facilitate Q&A sessions or put together and disseminate FAQs to the field. May also facilitate meetings with Directors/Managers to give high-level overview of the expected changes so they can discuss with teams. Posting content, reference guides, links, training paths on Sharepoint site.Will also be responsible for reviewing Knowledge Base and internal resource library to determine what content, reference guides, training, process flows already exist, and what needs to be built new, added or retired.Tracking, reviewing and analyzing change impacts and communications/training effectiveness. Pulling training completion reports, downloading survey results. Working closely with Training/Development and Marketing teams, as well as IT Leadership and Ops.Attending project prep meetings with internal stakeholders, Product Owners, members of IT team, production support, business users in round table type sessions to understand impacts of change, bubble up any questions/issues from the field, help facilitate resolution and determine if additional communications or training are needed.Potential client/external customer impact implications. Need to be comfortable meeting with stakeholders/POs to understand expected changes and what needs to be communicated, then working with external marketing group to get client communication out.Required Experience:3+ years of change management experienceExperience supporting CM activities for a system roll-out or migrationExperience identifying and assessing change impacts to formulate plansExperience navigating, publishing, and editing content on SharepointExpertise in MS Suite - Excel and PowerPointStrong written communication skills, ability to draft corporate communications content that is succinct, complete and thorough.
