The Senior Analyst, Field Operations Procedure Analyst will be supporting the various LOBs within the Consumer Bank is responsible for producing effective written procedures and resources. They will partner with SME's from the various LOBs to analyze, recommend, author and deliver high-quality documentation to ensure a consistent approach to the management of all procedures within the Consumer Bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for guiding and mentoring colleagues on the development and updates of documented procedures in H2W for all Consumer Bank Segments
  • Ensure procedures are up to date and compliant with banking regulations.
  • Assist with the creation of internal procedures for high-risk job functions within each segment.
  • Facilitate a regular cadence of meetings with relevant stakeholders and SMEs to discuss procedures coming up for annual review/ any upcoming initiatives that will require procedures to be developed.
  • Coordinate the distribution of documents and forms for updates as needed.
  • Provide monthly reporting to include completed/ coming due for annual review.
  • Draft and send communications as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders & SME's.
  • Build upon and develop a deep understanding of the various roles and responsibilities within each segment/ the function of the segment.
  • Represent Field Operations & The Consumer Bank on various projects and initiatives.
EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years or more of banking experience preferred. 3 years procedure writing, and oversight preferred.
  • In depth knowledge of banking practices and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard banking programs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organization, and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate successful change and project management
The estimated salary range for this position is $81,867.00 USD to $106,997.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
