JOB REQUIREMENTS: InsightFS is headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsinwith 23 branches across the state and upper peninsula of Michigan. Insight FS has 430+ employees (including seasonal workers) and approximately 50,000 customers. The cooperative does business in agronomy, agri-finance, precision agriculture, nutrient management, energy, feed, grain, and turf. InsightFS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and Ontario, Canada. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Responsible for the maintenance, support, and analysis of wEBS (Wireless Energy Billing Solutions), energy tank monitoring program, fuel control systems and other energy related technologies. This position provides administrative and operational support to management staff regarding the refined fuels, lubricant and LP Gas businesses. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Oversees all aspects of the wEBS program, maintaining wEBS databases, coordinating with area wEBS administrators regarding pricing, tax codes, tank tracking, contracting and risk management activities. Implements and maintains energy tank monitor program, including customer tank setup, coordinating installations and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements through the use of tank monitors. Assists energy sales team with above ground tank installations, including written plan preparation and state approval processes. Provides technical and sales support for fuel management software and coordinates installations. Analyzes information and provides recommendations to management staff regarding operational efficiencies that support the long-term decisions and strategy for driving profitability of the retail division. Collaborates with location personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at Fast Stops, Bulkplants and customer locations Oversees Tank Spotter database for proper documentation, record keeping and marketing activities. Collaborates with the sales team and communicates with GROWMARK Energy risk management securing contracts to cover customer purchases. Assists the management team with sales reporting and data analysis. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Supports and contributes to total company goals and objectives through collaboration efforts. Assists the Energy Marketing Manager in supporting marketing programs, business processes and analysis as needed. Provides daily support to employees, customers, programs and procedures to ensure efficiency and profitability.
