The Product:

Fusion Data Intelligence is an AI-powered analytical applications built for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, combining business data, ready-to-use analytics, and pre-built AI and machine learning (ML) models to deliver deeper insights and accelerate decision-making process with actionable results. This class of SaaS applications is built on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with data and analytics components like Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), OCI Data Lake, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

The Role:

To provide the best analytics experience for our Fusion Data Intelligence customers, this team is building finance, supply chain analytics applications leverage by business users to drive important business decisions. We are working on creating a connected experience from data to insights to actions in pursuit of analytics excellence. This person will lead efforts to drive product requirements for new features including building out data driven applications i.e. Intelligent Applications in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement domain. Qualified candidates will have deep understanding of ERP and/or SCM Cloud applications and skills in AI or machine learning models and related technologies. You should have a deep understanding of the various operational roles involved in back-office functions. You should be able to articulate the business impact for new features in clear terms. You should have deep understanding of the business metrics that measures the efficiency & effectiveness of back-office business process in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement domain.

  • Engage with Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud customers to understand the needs and expectations. Run customer focus groups.

  • Partner with other ERP/SCM Cloud and Analytics Product Managers to shape the product roadmap.

  • Produce high quality product requirements with comprehensive and detailed analysis of customer requirements.

  • Engage with product engineers to design and build features, drive feature adoption with continuous feedback from customers.

  • Work with the Analytics and ERP/SCM Cloud marketing teams to facilitate decisions around product launch, product positioning and gain insights on competitive landscape.

  • Participate in marketing events to showcase product demos, facilitate customer discussions and run workshops.

  • Provide release documentation for any new features/functions released during the quarterly releases.

Skills and Experiences Required

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

  • Bachelor's degree (or Post Graduate) in Finance or Supply Chain or Economics or Computer Science.

  • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis and requirement assessment.

  • Travel required 25% of time including international travel.

  • We operate as one global team. Willing to work flexible hours to overlap with India/other international teams.

  • 12+ years’ experience across large scale enterprise applications and analytics.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP & SCM Applications, Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC)

  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
