JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY You will provide substance use disorder treatment services for clients at the outpatient level of care. Your responsibilities include delivering clinical services in individual and group sessions, collaborative management services, referral services, and coordination with other agencies as appropriate. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assessment services for clients suspected of alcohol, drug abuse, and/or dependency Admission processes Counseling practices in individual and group sessions Collaborative management and referral coordination Facilitate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Chart promptly Complete client file audits EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training (SAC-IT) Experience and/or Bachelor\'s Degree KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Knowledge of substance abuse, mental illness screening, and treatment techniques.
