JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for administrative and office support activities and support for the Quality Department ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Oversee document revision control and the document control process. 2. Open corrective actions and monitor due dates. 3. Support internal facility audits. 4. Answer incoming phone calls using multi-line phone system. 5. Greet and direct visitors and vendors. 6. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 7. Perform all other duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Answer incoming phone calls using multi-line phone system. 2. Self-directed with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Must be highly organized and proficient in Microsoft applications. 6. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 7. Regular attendance is required. 8. Perform all other duties as assigned.
