Kuehne+Nagel QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist in Jamaica, New York
Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Jamaica/Queens/New York site is looking for a new QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.
Your Role
Develop and maintain relationships with clients Provide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates.
Your Responsibilities
Track and trace shipments through alarm management and checkpoint verification at key milestones.
Communicate effectively with QuickSTAT vendors (service partners and airlines / carriers to ensure that the needs of
QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently.
Work collaboratively with Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), Customer Service and the Commercial Business
Development (BD) team to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the Management and update clients in conjunction with Customer Service.
Ensure all time and temperature requirements are maintained during transit.
Shared responsibility for the overview of the department mailbox to include the receipt of new bookings and internal inquiries.
Must be able to view computer monitors both at close range and distance
Reports to Air Logistics Healthcare Manager
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm
Training schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics or equivalent experience
6+ months Air Logistics experience or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in customer service
