ManpowerGroup Workday/HR Data Analyst - (JAX) in Jacksonville, Florida

My multinational banking client hiring !!!

Role: Workday/HR Data Analyst

location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 6 months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE

Pay range: $42 - $46/hr on W2 (All inclusive)

Clients focus on data analysis, reconciliation, and HR technology (Workday) expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Run ad-hoc analysis to analyze and reconcile data between Workday.

• Develop and implement manual controls/mitigation strategies to address known data related gaps and deficiencies.

• Provide input to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data analysis processes.

• Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making and planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.

• May be involved in exploratory data analysis and confirmatory data analysis.

• Deals with complex and highly variable issues.

Skill Set:

• Ability to work with large data volumes and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques.

• Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis - identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis.

• Strong working knowledge of Workday.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.

• Highly proficient in MS Office - Excel

• HR technology experience a plus
