Team Description

The Client Experience (CX) organization enables Citi’s US Personal Bank (USPB) to live its Purpose Statement to “ Make Every Clients’ Progress Our Passion .” The CX Business Execution & Culture team drives the development and implementation of the organizations’ strategy and key priorities, enabling various cross-functional teams to effectively develop, prioritize, and deliver their strategic objectives. The team also leads programing and communications to continue to develop a client-focused culture across USPB.

Job Description

The CX Business Execution & Culture team is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Execution Strategy Lead Analyst (C13). In this role, you will partner closely with the CX leadership team to drive key organizational priorities. You will be responsible for managing the organization's headcount, leading executive-level reporting, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects. This is a unique opportunity that provides exposure to strategic client experience workstreams and initiatives across USPB’s various business lines (Cards, Retail Bank, and CRS). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strategic mindset, excels at stakeholder management, and can effectively balance multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CX Leadership Team in crafting compelling and effective executive-level presentations and status reports for the Head of USPB and other executives. Leverage data to create actionable insights that drive decision making and communicate the story clearly and concisely.

  • Oversee and direct the management of the organization’s headcount, including preparing regular reporting to senior leaders to inform and improve decision making.

  • Lead the planning and execution of critical projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders across CX and USPB.

  • Provide support on a variety of ad-hoc initiatives and requests as needed, such as expense management.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

  • High intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Self-starter who is comfortable partnering with and presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information thoughtfully and succinctly and tailor it to different audiences

  • Effective project management skills to coordinate and drive progress across key strategic initiatives

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization

  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional record management and organization skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities at the same time

  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • 6-10 years relevant experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s/University degree required; MBA preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
