Citigroup VP, Business Architecture and Strategy - Lead Analyst in Jacksonville, Florida

The Business Architecture and Strategy Product Management Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives within USPB Operations. This role will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to analyze trends, assess the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization. This role will be responsible for the formulation of actionable strategies that drive USPB Operations near and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of a process or domain to inform decision making. Utilize various methodologies to assess opportunities, risks, and solutions.

  • Business Case development: Support the development of business cases for strategic initiatives, including financial analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and risk evaluations. Work closely with finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between objectives and financial goals.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to align strategic priorities, facilitate communication, and drive consensus on initiatives. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless execution of plans and initiatives.

  • Strategic Communication: Prepare and present strategic recommendations, findings, and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Develop clear and concise presentations and other materials to communicate complex ideas and facilitate the decision-making process.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant consulting or work experience

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
