Vertical Concrete Replacement/Repair Workers

Candidates MUST have prior experience in structural concrete work.

Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Construction Laborers for projects in the Jacksonville area. We do commercial concrete restoration and repair work on foundations, parking lots, parking garages, etc. The pay range of a Concrete Laborer is $18+ per hour based on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for performing concrete repairs and replacements in overhead environments, particularly in structural concrete settings such as parking garages. and be comfortable working at heights. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Concrete Laborer applicants must have a personal vehicle. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all concrete workers with no week in the hole.

Ultimate Concrete Laborer requirements

• 1+ years of Structural Concrete experience

• 18+ years of age

• Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Math, problem solving, and construction skills

• Perform vertical concrete repairs and replacements in overhead environments

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools

• Assist in setting up concrete forms

• Assist in concrete pouring, molding, and setting

• Use wire mesh to reinforce concrete

• Assist in spreading and smoothing concrete

• Follow all safety procedures
