AT&T Specialist Network Project Mgmt in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description:

This career step requires limited level experience. Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision, develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints.

  • Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs (either directly or through other project managers) scheduling, tracking,reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects;establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.

  • Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs.

  • This includes vendor management. May use Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management. Responsibilities could include: sprint planning, iteration meetings, sprint backlog management, and other agile management activities.

Job Contribution:

  • Technical professional with limited experience.

  • Working knowledge of technical principles, learning ATT technologies.

Education:

  • Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Requires 1-2 years experience.

  • Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Environmental Requirements:

  • This position may be responsible for contributing to ATT compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function.

  • This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand- by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

  • No.

Our Specialist Network Project Mgmt, earn between $77,800 - $116,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
