Insight Global ServiceNow Development Manager in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description

* Responsible for all workflow codes changes and any required scripting, with a preference for "out-of-box" functionality to facilitate accepting upgrades, improved development velocity, and minimizing tech debt.

* Create and maintain REACT.JS user interfaces served from within ServiceNow.

* When necessary, create well-formed, easy to read scripts with comments explaining the functionality.

* Development of additional features and enhancement to FSO suite of modules, including: CSM, Next Gen Experience, ATF, Change, APP Engine, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Decision Builder, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics.

* Work extensively in Integration Hub on external integrations in partnership with the data engineering team using Web Services over SOAP, REST, and Graph.

* Creation of design documents, test cases & Unit testing, and regression suites.

* Work with the Product Manager to manage the backlog and prioritize work.

* Create an agile environment and allocate work accordingly amongst the team.

* Ability to architect with security up front is a must.

Payrate for this position: $120,000-130,000

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

* 2 + years of management experience.

* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

* Experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Module and CSM.

* Strong JavaScript skills, with a preference for React experience.

* Experience managing integration with multiple systems through Integration Hub. N/A null
