Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support, review and monitor progress of day-to-day activities of Project Administrators through planning and leading daily tactical meeting.

  • Provide training for new hires and on-going training of current staff.

  • Advocate and facilitate consistency within Shared Services and the ICG organization.

  • Support Shared Services through processing of subcontractor invoices, commercial labor pay applications and other data entry and document management.

  • Maintain process and procedure documentation of departmental tasks.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

  • Minimum High School diploma required, Associate degree preferred

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Minimum of two (2) years of Project Administrator experience

  • Good analytical and organization skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid time management skills with advanced capabilities to problem solve
