Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Strategic Portfolio supporting senior executive leadership and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Manage a portfolio of projects or a large and/or complex program, partnering with Program Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions.

• Oversee end-to-end technology implementation, including upgrades, conversions, and recovery.

• Lead matrixed execution across technology organizations and work closely with business-side Portfolio/Program Managers to deliver projects.

• Handle technology estimates, manage complex technology solutions, and ensure full-scale deployment in live environments.

• Facilitate communication across all levels, managing project timelines, negotiating resources, and reporting project status.

What’s Needed?

• Experience managing complex technology programs, ideally within the finance industry.

• Proficiency in overseeing technology solutions from initial estimation to full deployment.

• Ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate across multiple levels and departments.

• Experience managing project budgets and forecasting, with responsibility for staff and resources.

• Certifications such as PMP or Scrum, with deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
