Adecco is seeking a detail oriented Operations Analyst to join our client’s team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of their team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments. You'll be responsible for maintaining distribution calendars, monitoring email communications, creating transactions within the dividend system, and preparing trade logs. This role offers competitive compensation ( $22.12/hour ) over a 12 month contract period.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work as a team and independently

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work overtime, especially during year-end

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• 0-2 years of experience in the mutual fund industry

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the mutual fund industry

Responsibilities:

• Maintain distribution calendars for both domestic and international fund groups

• Monitor email communications from fund agents

• Create transactions within the dividend system for downstream processing

• Prepare trade logs for manual dividend reinvestments

• Analyze various quality control reports

• Research ledger variances

• Maintain Control metrics

Pay Details: $22.12 per hour
