Position Summary: The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative activities of the office, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role includes managing office supplies, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting the leadership team with various tasks to maintain a productive and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all office operations and procedures.

  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.

  • Handle office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the management team.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

  • Assist HR in employee onboarding processes, including setting up workspaces.

  • Support the finance team with expense tracking, budget management, and invoices.

  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and liaise with vendors for any repairs or services.

  • Develop office policies and procedures and ensure adherence by all employees.

  • Plan and organize office events and team-building activities.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Oversee office safety procedures and compliance with health regulations.

  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • Organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with budget management and financial record-keeping.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Experience with office management software or tools.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and office health and safety guidelines.
