Citigroup Marketing Program Lead – Credit Line Increase - C13 (VP) - JACKSONVILLE in Jacksonville, Florida

The US Personal Banking and Wealth Management Marketing organization drives all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from Acquisition to Engagement to Retention, across all major Business Units in Citi’s Personal Bank – Branded Cards and Lending, Retail Bank and Mortgage and Wealth. The Existing Customer Marketing (ECM) team within this organization is a critical driver of Marketing, with a vision to deepen and expand the relationships our customers have with Citi – increasing their usage of our products and services, promoting behaviors that create long-term loyalty, and thoughtfully communicating new benefits, features and products that can strengthen our relationship. Credit Line Increase is a critical program to reward existing cardmembers and incentive engagement with Citi.

The Marketing Program Lead – Credit Line Increase is a seasoned professional role responsible driving the marketing strategy and execution of Citi Branded Cards Credit Line Increase (CLI) program. The role will partner with a cross-functional team across US Personal Bank including Risk, Analytics, Product, and Marketing Operations to drive marketing across the US Personal Bank to deliver on Sales, ANR and Revenue goals and improved customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Credit Line increase campaigns across all Branded Cards products with multiple high-priority strategic, executional, and transformational initiatives tied to Credit Line Increase (CLI)

  • Collaborate on creative strategy across direct mail, email, and digital channels. Engage creative agencies to drive frequent development and testing of new creative concepts to identify winning creatives and combat marketing fatigue. Ensure marketing positioning aligns with key product RTBs and design targets, and threads through consistently across channels.

  • Manage control and audit requirements in campaign process to ensure flawless execution.

  • Own reporting of campaigns and marketing metrics for all channels to leadership and broader organization

  • Directly interact with senior leadership, Brand Partners, and Third-Party Agencies and needs to demonstrate strong project management and program governance skills, with a high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to assess performance of recent tests, identify new champion strategies, and make roll-out decisions in a timely and disciplined manner.

  • Partner with channel leads to ensure consistent and relevant value proposition for the product, based on customer needs and behaviours, is thread throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

  • Partner with Lending stakeholders and oversee customer research and ensure insights are used to inform marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.

  • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.

  • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.

  • Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.

  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Self-motivated with a passion to transform the Citi Cards business.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
