Adecco US, Inc. Litigation Secretary in Jacksonville, Florida
Summary:
Primarily responsible for preparing files for suit by updating the firm’s case management system with new information received from clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews correspondence from clients to determine if all appropriate documents have been received
Enters all appropriate data to compile and update case files
Prepares files for suit
Performs research on pre-suit files to confirm address information
Researches and locates correct entities
Other duties as assigned
Other functions may include:
Skip tracing for basic information
Issuing summonses and following up on case numbers
Contacting clients for affidavits and clarification on case files
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 - 2 years administrative experience
Skills & Ability:
Typing 40 - 45 wpm with less than a 5% error rate
Intermediate Proficiency Level utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Web Browser
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and research skills
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume environment
Ability to work independently as within a team environment
Ability to adapt to frequent change
Must possess a Positive Attitude
Detail Oriented
Physical Abilities:
Prolonged keying and sitting; lifting up to 25lbs infrequently; occasional standing and walking.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
